For me, real estate is more than buying and selling homes—it's about helping people make one of the biggest decisions of their lives with confidence.

I’m Steven Floyd, a Senior Agent with Redfin serving Houston and the surrounding areas, bringing over 18 years of real estate experience and a lifetime of local knowledge. Having lived in Houston for more than 50 years, I know these communities beyond market statistics—I understand the neighborhoods, schools, growth areas, and what truly makes each area feel like home.

Throughout my career, I’ve helped clients successfully purchase and sell.  Whether you’re a first-time buyer, relocating, upsizing, downsizing, investing, or searching for new construction, I bring experience and strategy to every transaction.

Before real estate, I served in the military, which taught me discipline, integrity, commitment, and the importance of putting people first. Those values continue to guide how I serve my clients today.

As a husband and father, I understand firsthand what families look for when choosing a home and community. I know the importance of school districts, neighborhoods, commute times, safety, and finding a home that truly fits your lifestyle—not just your budget.

My approach is simple: honest advice, strong communication, local expertise, and service that puts your goals first. My clients appreciate that I take time to educate, guide, and advocate for them every step of the way. I believe buying or selling a home shouldn't feel overwhelming—you deserve a trusted professional who will walk with you through the process.

Real estate markets change, but relationships matter. I’m committed to helping you make informed decisions and creating an experience that feels smooth, personal, and successful.

If you're thinking about buying, selling, or simply exploring your options, I’d be honored to help you take the next step.

"Experience you can trust. Service you can count on. Guidance every step of the way."
